In January 2015, I was entrusted by a corporate client with the challenging task of finding suitable locations for various staff parties in 9 cities for different numbers of participants at short notice and developing a possible course of the roadshow so that each of the events can take place outside the vacation dates of the respective federal states. At the same time, tenders for concept, catering and artists had to be organized and managed. It soon became clear: with only 4 months of planning time, a roadshow of this magnitude is a real challenge and the approvals can become the crux of the matter.
In the end, we successfully implemented the project with the motivated partners and experienced atmospheric staff parties, which despite some weather caprices on tour still had some surprises waiting for us.
My personal resume:
